How recipients opt in
- An authorized workspace member signs in to PageLantern.
- They open Integrations, select SMS, and enter the recipient's mobile number.
- They separately confirm that they are the subscriber or have the subscriber's prior express permission to receive PageLantern operational text messages.
- The SMS integration cannot be created until that unchecked consent box is selected.
A workspace may disable or delete the SMS integration at any time. A recipient may also reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
