The Free plan is $0 with no time limit and includes 15 monitors, 5-minute check intervals, and 30 days of history.
No — the Free plan is not a time-limited trial. It asks that you sign in at least once every 45 days: we email reminders after 30, 40, and 44 days without a sign-in, and after 45 days monitoring pauses until you sign in again. Pausing keeps your monitors and settings in place, and any sign-in resumes monitoring instantly and restarts the 45-day timer. Paid plans have no sign-in requirement.
Starter ($9/mo) covers 50 monitors, 1-minute checks, 90-day history, and 3 users; Team ($24/mo) covers 500 monitors, 30-second critical checks, 1-year history, 10 users, reports, and an audit log.
Checks run every 5 minutes on Free, every 1 minute on Starter, and as fast as every 30 seconds for critical checks on Team.
Check history is retained for 30 days on Free, 90 days on Starter, and 1 year on Team.
